1.This firefighting flame-retardant sweater should be washed as soon as possible after use to remove oil stains, sweat, and other dirt, then air-dried. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet rays during drying.
2.Dry cleaning is prohibited. Use a neutral detergent with water temperature ideally between 35°C and 48°C. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
3.Precautions:
① Do not repair if damaged; replace with a new product for safety.
② Shelf life: 2 years under normal use. When unused, store in a cool, dry place with a shelf life of 3 years. Inspect for integrity before use; do not use if damaged.
4.Overview: Designed for firefighting operations, this garment provides fire resistance, cold protection, warmth, a loose fit, and comfort. The main material is eco-friendly flame-retardant fiber that carbonizes when exposed to open flames, does not melt or drip, prevents flame spread, and self-extinguishes after leaving the flame. It features permanent flame-retardant functionality that does not diminish after repeated washing or oxidation in the air.
5.Core functions and design philosophy:
Permanent flame retardant: made of essential flame retardant fibers such as aramid (Aramid), flame retardant modified acrylic (FR Acrylic), and flame retardant viscose (FR Viscose), which do not burn or melt in case of fire, but only carbonize, providing crucial safety protection.
Basic thermal layer: acts as a warm middle layer in firefighter protective clothing, locking body temperature during cold weather or long outdoor duty to prevent hypothermia while maintaining flexibility.
Comfort and breathability: Soft texture, breathable moisture removal, reduce firefighters' heat stress and discomfort during operation, and improve combat endurance.
Lightweight fit: Compared to the heavy outer protective clothing, it is lightweight and designed to fit the body, without affecting the flexibility of the outer protective clothing.
6.Meet the standards:
It is necessary to meet strict safety standards, which is the core basis for international procurement.
NFPA 1975: Standards on Emergency Services Work Apparel - This is the authoritative international standard for firefighter work apparel, including sweaters, polo shirts, trousers, etc.
EN 469: Protective clothing for firefighters (requirements for base layers) - European standard.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 - Eco Textile Certification, which proves that the product is non-toxic and harmless, skin-friendly, and a manifestation of high quality.
