2.Static load performance (horizontal direction): Place the human model horizontally, and connect and fix the upper and lower pull rings with the pull rings on the base surface of the test device. Apply a vertically upward pulling force on the load-bearing connection component of the safety harness to keep the human model horizontally placed. Gradually increase the pulling force on the load-bearing connection component to 10kN within 2 minutes, sustain it for 1 minute, and reduce the pulling force to zero within 1 minute. Then, apply the pulling force to 10kN in the above manner and sustain it for 5 minutes. The safety belt did not loosen from the human model, the sliding distance of the buckle and adjustment device on the safety belt was 4mm, and the safety belt did not show obvious damage affecting its safety performance. High-temperature resistance: After a high-temperature resistance test at 204°C for 5 minutes, the webbing and stitching of the safety belt did not show melting or coking phenomena.
3. Corrosion resistance of metal components: After the metal parts of the sample undergo a 48-hour neutral salt spray test, the appearance meets the requirements.
